Payment and Financial Policy

Full payment for professional services and any purchased merchandise is expected at the time Institute services are rendered and merchandise provided.

We accept most major credit cards, money orders, approved bank checks, and cash for payment at the time of service.

 

The Institute is NOT part of any insurance plans, does NOT participate in Medicare, does NOT file any insurance or Medicare claims, and does NOT accept any insurance or Medicare assignment or third-party payments made on behalf of our clients for provided Institute services or merchandise.

​We offer NO REFUNDS for specialty and consultative services provided.

 

The Institute privacy policy is to maintain strict confidentiality and not release individual client health information to outside third parties unless directed by law. Third parties such as insurance agencies or Medicare that pay any medical expenses or fees on behalf of clients may demand full access to client personal health records in return for providing any payments.
