Appointments and Cancellations

Institute visits are scheduled in advance by appointment only.

New Institute client visits are approximately two (2) hours long.

Subsequent, follow-up Institute client visits are approximately one (1) hour long.

 

All appointments require a full payment deposit made in advance on a major credit card.

 

Appointment times are specifically set aside for individual clients and may require the coordination of various consultant and specialist times to accommodate and service client health needs. Consequently, a minimum of three (3) consecutive business days’ notice (not counting intervening holidays or weekends) is required for all cancellations. Late cancellations or “no-shows” are assessed a 100% charge for the scheduled Institute visit. No exceptions made.
